Is my laptop's video card upgradeable?

I have a dell inspiron 1521 laptop. I want to upgrade the video card, but I can't find much information on it. I know it has shared video, which sucks. It's an ATI Radeon X1250 video card. I'm not too worried about the difficulty, just can it be done before I go trying to find an upgrade?|||If you want to change the video card, you have to change the whole motherboard. They are not made like computers unfortunately|||Unfortunately no. With laptops, the video is integrated in the board (This is not to be confused with standard integrated video). The way it is manufactured it is attached to the board in such a way that it cannot be changed out.
