I have a 358 MB video card, since GTA IV is coming to the PC I want to upgrade it.
Apparently, minimum requirements has come out and I need 512 MB Video Card.
My laptop is a Toshiba L350 Equium, am I able to upgrade my video card?|||no you can't

according to these specs your graphics chip is integrated (shared)
you can however buy an external graphics accelerator from asus called the XG station

it plugs in to your card bus slot (usually on the left hand side at the front)|||No bro.|||some laptop can, some laptop not.
