Where can I find software to enable my S Video card so that I can use my television as a monitor?

It is with the software/driver that came with the video card. Right click on desktop, then properties, then the settings tab and advanced button if needed.|||It will be in the graphics driver settings somewhere|||You shouldnt neeed additional software, just the software that came with card
