How can I safely and easily overclock my netbook's video card?

I want to know if there is a safe and easy way to overclock and improve my video card's performance.|||Why are you trying to OC a netbook's video card in first place? A netbook itself is a very low performance type of laptop. Overclocking it will not only do anything noticeable to its performance but will end messing up the entire thing. Starting from the fact that this are more like a cheap laptop toy you can barely do things with. Notebook and netbook are two different types of laptop.
