I want to upgrade my pc's video card but i dont the right knid to get ,agp ,pci e?

I have a sony vaio p4 2.6 radeon 9800 pro video card with 1.5 gig of ram model number pcV-rs320



i looking at this card. will this card work for my computer?

Your 9800 Pro consumes about 47 watts. If it is currently running stable, your power supply might be able to power the X1950GT also. BUT you might run your power supply's +12V rail HOT at full load.
