Can I upgrade my Laptop's Video Card?

i have a Dell Vostro 1500 with a 128mb nvidia card. I was wondering if i could upgrade my video card with just a normal video card, do i need a specail one or no?|||sorry no ---if it is Integrated u can't --very few can----sorry ur stuck with what u have|||Mostly laptop could only upgrade as the manfacturer specified....the options....not for the oem type video card|||'fraid not.
